Mimi is home from Italy, so I've learned how to update/add to my blog.
Expect more now that I've been "schooled."
Tid bits for the season:
~ Don't over-do on the holiday baking
~ Try making some family-favorites into 'healthy' family favorites
~ Say NO when necessary; don't over-work yourself during the holidays to the point of misery. Just say no when you need a break........
~ Move! 22+ min of walking/activity/exercise every day
~ Find at least 2 things that bring you joy, every day between now and the New Year.
